Youth Cross Country
Youth Cross Country Running Program
4th-6th Graders
Youth Cross Country will focus on building endurance, confidence, and a love for running in a positive, team-centered environment. Practices will include dynamic warm-ups, age-appropriate running workouts, games, and team-building activities. We'll also incorporate instruction on pacing, running form, and basic race strategies. Meets are still to be determined, an we will share additional information once those details are finalized. The deadline to register to get a shirt is August 13th.
