Cross Country Summer Conditioning Incoming Grades 5-12 Start your summer days off with a nice run and keep yourself in shape for the fall Cross Country season! Be a the main shelter at Pine Grove Park at 7:15am to be ready for our 7:30am run.

Trap League Summer For ages 11+ Participants are required to have a firearm safety certificate. Instructors provide an introduction to trap shooting for new shooters and an opportunity for practice for seasoned shooters. Registration fee includes clay targets and use of range. *Participant is responsible for their own shotgun and shells.

Wrestling Summer Series Grades K-3 Boys and Girls Incoming grades K-3 Monday nights in the mat room just for our youth wrestlers, this is the perfect opportunity to perfect your takedown, develop your technique and get in some live wrestling. Open to all wrestlers, boys and girls, incoming grades K-3. Camp is in the 3rd floor wrestling room. Enter door #18 on the West side of the M/HS. All participants need wrestling shoes. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle..

Youth Cross Country Running Program 4th-6th Graders Youth Cross Country will focus on building endurance, confidence, and a love for running in a positive, team-centered environment. Practices will include dynamic warm-ups, age-appropriate running workouts, games, and team-building activities. We'll also incorporate instruction on pacing, running form, and basic race strategies. Meets are still to be determined, an we will share additional information once those details are finalized. The deadline to register to get a shirt is August 13th.
